UT Pumps’ High Pressure Triplex Plunger Pumps are precision-engineered to deliver exceptional performance across a wide range of industrial applications. Designed for continuous duty and built with precision components, these pumps ensure smooth, reliable operation even in the most demanding environments.

Robust Construction:

  • Drive Options Available with TEFC/Flameproof electric motors or diesel engines, with Star-Delta, DOL, Soft Starter, or VVVF drive options.
  • Mounting Compact base frame with anti-vibration pads, also available on solid or pneumatic wheel trolleys for easy mobility.
  • Pump Head Materials Forged stainless steel (SS-410/420/431/304/316), ultrasonically tested and CNC-machined for precision and safety.

High-pressure plunger pumps, equipped with an unloader and safety valve, are powered by either an electric motor or a diesel engine. The complete pump unit—featuring a local control panel, instrumentation, and safety controls—is mounted on a vibration-free fixed base frame or a towable trolley with solid or pneumatic wheels. Customers can opt to mount an overhead water tank directly on the pump frame, enhancing convenience and space efficiency. Units can be custom-built for safe operation in hazardous zones, incorporating flameproof electrical components.

  • Cleaning of turbine blades, heat exchanger pipes and tubes, air-filters, pre-heaters, reactors, pressure vessels, silos, tanks, machined parts, sewage pipes, ship hull, ladles, etc.
  • Descaling billets, blooms, plates, spring sheets, forgings, pipes, non-ferrous metals, etc.
  • Water jetting across a wide range of industrial applications – including water injection, accumulator charging, hydro testing, concrete cutting, paint stripping, rust removal, deburring, reverse osmosis, water hydraulics, and prop support systems.
